we get 330 VDC at main capacitor.
after hat the 330 volts are applied to standby power which is SMPS and makes 5V SB these stand by voltage are applied to motherboard which pull down the PS ON green wire to zero level so the ENABLE OR REMOTE ON or CONTROL pin of smps will go low that will enable pulse width modulation.
